Additional Rules

• No dirty and high-heeled shoes inside, wear slippers provided.
• Don't put drinks and food directly on the mahogany dining table and wooden coffee tables, use coasters and placemats provided.
• To help save our environment, turn off lights, heater and air-conditioning units when you leave aroom.
• Only guests staying at the villa can use the pool, spa and steam room. Let the owners know when you book if you want to use the spa, as it takes a while to heat up.
• Don't have extra guests stay without permission, you'll be charged extra.
• Parties are allowed with permission and an extra $250 cleaning fee.
• Don't cook smelly food.

• Don't download or stream movies/games, Internet is for light use like email and social media.
• No smoking inside or in covered areas.
• Small pets are allowed for a daily fee, but they must be well-behaved and not make messes. Prior approval is required.
• Close doors to keep flies and insects out, especially at night.
• Rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and use the short cycle.
• Use the provided makeup remover towels, not the white towels. You'll be charged for stained towels.
• Enjoy all our amenities but do take care of them as your own. You’ll be charged for any broken item.
• Please flush toilet tissues only because we are on septic tanks.

• Feel free to pick vegetables and herbs from the garden.
• Don't use sunscreen when using the spa.
• Observe pool and spa rules.
