Mountain View Villa Luxury Lodge is a magnificent vacation rental nestled on the hilltop of Marlborough — the wine region of New Zealand. The lap pool is great to exercise on, or simply lounge, relax and enjoy the amazing mountain, vineyard, garden views.

The Great Room

A room like no other, the Great Room has a very high ceiling, adorned with luxurious furnitures including a custom-made 16-seater mahogany dining table.

Steam Room

After a day of adventure, relax your muscles at our Steam Room. Or simply, just soak and take in the health benefits of the humidity from the steam.

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Checkout: 10:00 AM
  • Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
  • No smoking
  • No pets

Health and Safety

  • Social-distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines apply
  • No carbon monoxide alarm
  • Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
  • Smoke alarm

You must also acknowledge
Pet(s) live on property — Beta is less than two year old Bichon Toy Poodle. He is a very lovely dog who wants to play ball and loves to be pet and craves for that belly rub.
Some spaces are shared — Hot tub, steam room, lap pool, kitchen, lounge, formal and another dining area, entertainment area.and the in-house bar.

Additional Rules
1. Guests do their own dishes.
2. Shoes are not allowed inside the main house.
3. No cooking of smelly food.
4. No downloading of movies with internet provided.
5. Guests who booked the poolside accommodations can use kitchen and dining room in the main house until 11pm.
6. No hot food directly placed on the 16-seater mahogany dining table.
7. Guests to park car on the designated parking area.
